New From Bella Blvd.

There's been much ado about Bella Blvd's brand new mini collections, Scattered Sprinkles, Summer Squeeze and Classic Calendars and today I created a card using all three of them.

My favorite patterned paper in the Summer Squeeze line is Pocket Full of Posies! I love the black background and how it makes the posies pop! And the reverse side of the paper...oh my! It's a 'hello' script print that I'll be using a lot!

Bella Blvd. is all about cheerful colors, aren't they?!?!

Cake! Life and birthdays are better with cake!

This card can be personalized by writing in the recipient's birthday month.

So...what do you think of the new collections? I'll be showing you lots more projects in the weeks to come!

Bella Blvd. Cards on Thursday

Hello!

I'm glad your here because I have two cards to share with you today!

I was in the mood to play with Bella Blvd's Designer Tape. I love the texture!

For both my cards I made my own accents by adhering tape to vellum and then making die cuts and punches.

I added a few negative dies too.

The scalloped border was created the same way as the butterfly using a border punch.

I can't get enough of these pretty Designer Tape colors!

I also can't get enough of the Button Market styles or Flags!!! ;)

Want to see more gorgeous cards? It's Cards on Thursday at the Bella Blvd. blog...go check it out!

Thanks for visiting!

Saturday Creations with Precious Remembrance Shop

Oh so glad you're here! It's Saturday which means I have a Precious Remembrance Shop project to share with you! :)

I've been having a lot of fun with the Birthday Stamp Set! Last week's project included a yummy cupcake and today I used the present and balloon images for my card.

I had the chance to color with Copic markers. It's been a little while and I felt out of practice.

The Birthday Stamp Set includes a lot of great sentiments! I created a flag with the 'celebrate' sentiment.

The patterned papers I used are from the new Doodlebug Design Snips & Snails collection. A few buttons add a bit of color, texture and whimsy.

I have a scrapbook page in the works for next week's Saturday Creations post and this time I'll be using the Calendar Stamp Set. It's such a versatile set....you will see.

To view more creative Precious Remembrance Shop projects, visit them on Facebook or their blog.

I hope you have a wonderful weekend! Anything exciting going on? Do comment and share!

Celebrate

Have you had enough Doodlebug Design projects? I hope not because I have another one for you today and tomorrow! ;)

I had this idea to use a sentiment card tucked it into a little glassine bag. Thought it might look kind of of cool? What do you think? I think I like it...it's growing on me.

Because I adore little flags so much...I made these using a new set of four flag shaped dies. I can tell I'm going to be using these a lot!

Most of the papers and goodies I created this card with are from the new Hello Spring line. The green polka dot paper is from the new Snips & Snails collection...it was a left over scrap that matched perfectly so I put it to good use.

So that's my share for the day and I'm sticking to it! ;)

Tomorrow's project uses a different Doodlebug line...a really sweet one called Sugar & Spice.

We made it to Wednesday already...just a couple more days until another glorious weekend! Thanks for stopping in and have a good one!

Kathy :)
