Let's Have Fun!

How about a fun card share today created with Scraptastic Club's April I Lived kit? One of my favorite ways to have fun is to play with paper, scissors and glue and pinwheels too!

I love this ampersand patterned paper, how about you? All those ampersands in different colors and fonts is certainly lots of fun!

What will you do today to add a little fun to your day?

Hello

I have a tweet bird card to share with you today that I created with one of my all time favorite Reverse Confetti stamps and Confetti Cuts sets called Fabulous Flamingos

I mixed the Fabulous Flamingos with some new goodies like the Tassel and Geometric Background Confetti Cuts. All together there are lots of fun layers and elements topped with a few sparkly sequins. You like? It sure was fun to create!

Thank You

Happy Monday crafters! I have a colorful thank you card to share with you today that I created with Richard Garay's Celebrations collection.

This circle design was created with the Cele-brate Plate and embossed with the Framed Canvas folder.

This beautifully scripted sentiment is part of the All You die set.

As most of you know I absolutely love dimension and was able to created the gorgeous layered flower with the Rosette Blooms die cut.

To achieve plenty of dimension cut two of the large Rosette Blooms and attach them together with hot glue.

With the smaller Rosette Blooms die cut two smaller rosettes gluing them together with hot glue just as you did the larger set. Then use more hot glue to attach the two layers together topping the flower with one of the small circles cut with the Cele-brate plate. The hot glue is the secret to the dimension since you can add a nice size glob and not smash it down flat.

And there you have it...lots of color, texture and dimension...a happy colorful card, don't you think?

Supplies:
SCD-015 Cele-brate Plate; SCD-026 All You; SCD-005 Rosette Blooms; SCF-001 Framed Canvas; SCP-001 Sea Spray; SCP-003 Captivating Coral; SCP-004 Cotton Candy; SCP-013 Whirl White; SCL-002 Silver Shimmer

Celebrate

My name is Kathy Martin and I'm a We R Memory Keepers Punch Board addict! Ha! I love how easy it is to make cute little gift ensembles like this one. And I've yet to scratch the surface of goodies I can make with these tools!

I used the 123 Punch Board to created the gift box and bow and the Pinwheel Punch Board for my mini card. I've been enamored with banners for a long time and recently stared adding them to gifts...I think it's such a cute addition!

All these colorful patterned papers are from a sister company, Pebbles.

Hello peeps! Have I told you recently how much I adore spring? It's my favorite season! And one of the things I love about it is waking up to the symphony of bird songs outside my window each morning. It's the best kind of alarm clock!

Inspired by this daily chorus, I created this Reverse Confetti The Tweet Life card!

Isn't this little bird the tweetest?!?!

Speaking of tweet birds...our resident Carolina wrens are nesting outside the kitchen window again. In May we'll have a new clutch! I always look forward to seeing these little sweeties emerge from the nest!

Isn't this little fledgling the sweetest? Just look at the down sticking out of his head feathers! Good luck little guy! It's a big world out there. Oh the places you'll go!
