Thanksgiving

T.G.I.F!

Can you believe tomorrow is September? Time flies so fast that I loose track of what day it is! I was supposed to post this card yesterday and the card I posted yesterday was supposed to be posted today!

This banner card was created with the brand new and incredibly fun Thankful line by Bella Blvd.

Don't you love the warm hues and lovely patterns?

The little Alpha + Bits sentiment stickers worked perfectly for layering.

Some High Five alphabets for a sentiment across the top and wood buttons to hang the banner and there you have it! Banners are so much fun, aren't they?

Hope you have a fabulous Friday and an even better weekend! :)

B Happy

Hello!

Last week I made a pit stop at Archiver's for a couple things and saw a new line by My Mind's Eye, The Sweetest Thing.

I had to bring some home and play! :)

I love this neutral color palette! Do you?

It was a lot of fun playing with their decorative brads and chip board accents!

This card could be used for a number of occasions, birthday or wedding. What else?

Thanks for taking time to spend some of your day with me!!!! :)

Joy

Hello!

Did you know that as of last Saturday we're just four months out from Christmas? At this point it seems like there's plenty of time to make cards, decor and gifts, but somehow time will fly by at the speed of crazy and we'll be rushing around wondering where it all went, right?

One of the benefits of making Christmas cards all year long, for design team assignments and publishing is that I have plenty to mail to friends and family when the time comes.

Most supplies for this card are from Echo Park's Season's Greetings collection. I used pop dots for the sentiment to raise it from the card.

I adore this snow guy and gave him a couple micro mini buttons.

Do you make your Christmas cards? Will you be starting them soon?

Thanks for visiting today! :)

These are corner style bookmarks made with the new Create-A-Card minis. I have a tutorial over at the Doodlebug blog if you would like to see how simple they are to make.

Thanks

Hello!

I was in the mood to stitch when I created this card. With pencil and ruler I made a simple grid design and then hand-stitched it leaving a bit of the outside unfinished.

The sweet music note patterned paper is from the brand new Bella Blvd. Birthday Girl collection.

The flag is also Bella Blvd, stamped with a Papertrey Ink sentiment. I added some mini jewels from Doodlebug Design and a few tiny buttons from my stash. And there you have it. I love the clean crisp look of white. Do you?

Boo To You from Haunted Manor

Eek! Have you seen the new Halloween line from Doodlebug Design called Haunted Manor? It's absolutely spook-tacular!

I'm in love with the new mini version of Doodle Pops and used a few on my card and tag.

This collection has everything you need to cook up some fun Halloween cards, pages and home decor!

There are also new mini Create-A-Cards! My larger card uses one of the regular size styles and next to it is the new 3"x3" size.

Would you like a chance to win the Haunted Manor line? Just head over to the Doodlebug blog and leave a comment about your favorite Halloween tradition and you could be playing with these adorable spooks before you know it!

Bella Blvd. Cards on Thursday

Hello!

I'm glad your here because I have two cards to share with you today!

I was in the mood to play with Bella Blvd's Designer Tape. I love the texture!

For both my cards I made my own accents by adhering tape to vellum and then making die cuts and punches.

I added a few negative dies too.

The scalloped border was created the same way as the butterfly using a border punch.

I can't get enough of these pretty Designer Tape colors!

I also can't get enough of the Button Market styles or Flags!!! ;)

Want to see more gorgeous cards? It's Cards on Thursday at the Bella Blvd. blog...go check it out!

Thanks for visiting!

I Believe in Santa

Hello!

How about a Christmas card share today? I created this card, along with a half dozen others a couple months ago when magazine pub calls went out for holiday cards. This one was a no go.

Luckily I did get a few others picked up.

I created this card with October Afternoon's Holiday Style collection. Remember this line? I love the vintage vibe!

Hope you like. Thanks for your visit!

Lego City USA

Hello!

Over the past mother's day weekend Dan, Christopher and I went to a Brick Magic Festival and I just got around to scraping this photo of a Lego city street scene we saw there. It's impressive to see what can be built with Legos!

This page was created with the Sunnyside collection from Pebbles. I think the bright and happy colors are a perfect match for Lego!

I used negative dies for my title. Funny, but the picture looks like I added alpha dies to the top of my tags, doesn't it?

One of my favorite things about this Pebbles line is the corrugated alphabets!

Wait, maybe my favorite is the clothespins? That's a tough one! ;)

Oh wait! Have you seen these decorative tape stickers? These are way too cool! They even have textured creases to make them look realistic!

My son loves when I create pages about his favorite subjects!

Thanks for popping in!

Hello

Hi!

I have a bright and happy 'hello' card share for you today using the Happy Go Lucky collection from Pebbles.

I'm at it again with negative die cuts! I love them!

I also love this dimensional flower, also from Pebbles, from their Sunnyside line.

You can't have too many flowers, butterflies or clouds can you?

Do you like?

Thanks so much for stopping by! I hope you have a lovely weekend!
