You Make My Heart Sing! And a Prize Up for Grabs

I want to dedicate today's post to all of you who follow my blog, joined the Digital Doodles Club, design for Digital Doodles and those Digital Doodles customers who make such fun projects with the line. You all make my heart sing every time I see your projects!

Digital Doodles is just two months old and it's exciting to see it grow and see the enthusiasm everyone has for these doodles of mine. Here are just a few projects floating around in blog-land and on Two Peas in a Bucket.

As a token of my appreciation , I have the following prize package to give away to the person drawn from comments left until Friday midnight eastern time.

All you need to do is tell me if you are a Digital Doodles purchasing customer, club member, blog follower or one of my designers who would like to be entered in the drawing. That's it! Good luck and a big THANK YOU! :) Kathy

La La Monday Monday

That Beetles tune is playing in my head this morning while it's raining here in Raleigh, North Carolina! We need a bit of rain since it was getting a little dry here. So, I intend to hang out indoors today and create a little sunshine of my own! But before I do, I'd like to show you some projects I made over the weekend.

I decided to play along with Everything but the Kitchen Sink challenge. I love the sketch they have this week and thought my little 'Meowy Messenger' kitty would be fun to make a card with. Digital Doodles stamps are so cool because you can use just a part of the stamp like I did here.

ATTENTION

Give-A-Way!

For anyone who purchased or purchases the 'Meowy Messenger' Digital Doodles stamp, leave your e-mail in the comments section and I'll e-mail you the sentiment I created for this card free! No receipt required, we'll just go on the honor system. :) This give-a-way is for everyone, not just Digital Doodles Club members.

My next project is a hybrid card made from a new digital kit at Two Peas in a Bucket 'Ladybug Summer Digital Stickers' by Holly Brooke Jones.

As you can see from my card, this digital kit contains more than ladybugs! Isn't this bee super cute?!?! I love bees and have a bunch of bee accents, like the little silver bee charm and ribbon that I used to embellish this card.

Also with this digital kit, I also made these 'Critter Cupcake Toppers.' I wish I had the time to make an extra stop at a bakery to get a prettier cupcake to show off my toppers, but you get the idea.

This kit also contains a fun spider that would make the perfect cupcake topper for Halloween!

That's my crafty shares for today. Thanks for popping by for a look see! Tomorrow is another Digital Doodles stamp release at Two Peas in a Bucket so I hope to see you back again as I post all the fun projects the design team has been working on!

What? Did I hear someone say they would like a little peek? Really? Okay, but just a teeny one!

What do you think? Excited? Hope to see you back tomorrow! :)

2 Sketches 4 You

It's only been a couple weeks since my design team term ended with 2 Sketches 4 You, but I miss Kazan and Laura and the other design team members! So I thought I'd play along this week and make a card based on Kazan's fun design!

I used the Silhouette to cut the cloud from the blue patterned paper and the 'K is for Kite' Digital Doodles stamp.

On yesterday's post I said that I would draw a name from the comments left saying what they would do with the latest 'Meowy Messenger' stamp. Only 6 of the 11 comments noticed that! I'm always giving stuff away so you have to be on the lookout! ;) The winner of the stamp is Agata of 'Under Construction' blog. Congratulations Agata! I will e-mail your stamp today. By the way, one commenter thought they had to be a Digital Doodles Club member to win and that's not always true. I often have drawings just for leaving comments.

Well, that's the end of this post. I am so happy you could drop by today! Hope you have a wonderful Wednesday! :) Kathy
