Have you noticed the days getting just a little bit longer? We're still knee deep in winter and there's a bit of snow on the way, but there are signs of spring popping up like Pebbles' new Garden Party collection.
Thinking of spring makes me happy as thoughts of butterflies, birds singing and tulips dance in my head! You know what else makes me happy? When a pretty collection like Garden Party is already in stores and on sale! ;)
