Let it Snow

I love all the snowy scenes I've been seeing on Facebook and Instagram lately. All that pretty white stuff makes me want to get out my snowy stamps and dies and play. 

When you create your own paper snowflakes you can step outside the box and make them any color you like! 

Red, white and blue and a few stars too...looking a little patriotic and oh so colorful! 

Maybe the next time it's snowing in your neck of the woods you can craft up a little snowstorm inside? Enjoy!

Hello crafty peeps! I have a holiday card to share with you today that I created with just a few of my favorite Fun Stampers Journey Holiday supplies. 

Gotta love the details of the Holiday Embossing Folder...so many fun trees and snowflakes! 

Thought the tree die in the Holiday Box Window Plates set would make the perfect focal point for this woodsy background. 

For the decorations, I tossed in some Tinsel Trim, Whip Cream Thread, a mini clothespin, a few wooden stars and sparkly sequins. Ooh la la! Yum!

I'm really digging neutral colors this Christmas! Looks so fresh and snowy!

Message from Santa in a Bottle

Hope you had a wonderful Thanksgiving weekend! Ours was amazing! It was the best spending time with my boys and decorating the house for Christmas. 

I just love our tree...it's a compilation of handmade ornaments, ornaments given as gifts and those we've collected over the years. Decorating it is like talking a walk down memory lane of Christmases past.

Each year I make at least one ornament, often times that number turns into several because I always discover new ideas for ornaments like the one photographed above. How cute is that!

The bottle used for the inspiration ornament looks almost identical to the bottle the Fun Stampers Journey Glass Glitter comes in so I was so excited to find a great way to reuse mine!

Hello! Today I have a wintertime holiday card to share with you. 

Have you noticed lately that I can't stay away from the Oatmeal Cookie card stock? Swoon! I've been using it so much lately...so much that I better order more before I run out! Ack! That wouldn't be good! 

Oatmeal Cookie is perfect for all the fall projects I've been creating and then when it comes to snowy cards like this one, I think Oatmeal Cookie looks awesome with Whip Cream ink! 

Another thing can't get enough of...dies!!!! I used four different sets for this card (listed below)! Dies are the easiest way to add layers and create lots of yummy dimension!
