Birthday Cards

It's been a pretty busy week on the ol' blog with my guest design gig for Jillibean Soup's Card Kitchen. I got to play with their March kit which included one of my favorite collections, Birthday Bisque. In case you didn't have a chance to pop over to their blog the past couple days, here's a look at the second half of those cards.

Don't you love this kit?!?! Festive colors, awesome elements and all of them coordinating perfectly! Makes it easy and fun to whip up a pile of cards in very little time!

Once again I've completed my Project Life week with temporary photos...looks like I may need a new printer. We're going to look into having it fixed, but I don't hold out much hope since things are rarely made to last. So...what kind of photo printer do you have? How long have you had it? Would you recommend it? Mine is a Canon i9900 and we've had it for about nine years without any issues until recently.

Card Creations, SEI and Jillibean Soup

I have so much to share with you today! Are you ready for a crafty show and tell? First up, this Thanks card I created with Pebbles' beautiful Front Porch collection was published in Paper Crafts; Card Creations, Volume 12. 

It's funny how I drop everything to peruse this magazine from cover-to-cover when it arrives! It's full of amazing card designs and I'm always left with lots of ideas! 

Second, the SEI March Cardmaking Kit is now available and I have a couple card creations to share with you here. And here's a little peek...

Guest Designing for Card Kitchen

Do you like Jillibean Soup? Birthdays? Card making? If you answered yes to any of these questions, you will be happy to hear that I have some birthday card creations to share with you over on the Jillibean Soup Card Kitchen blog today through Friday!  

As a paper crafter there are just too many fabulous paper manufacturers like Jillibean Soup and too little time to  play with all of them so I was beyond thrilled to get a chance to create with Jillibean's March Card Kitchen kit. 

Here's a little peek at one of my designs. This kit is right up my alley with all the die cuts to mix, match and layer! And this month is my birthday so it was super fun to make birthday cards! 

Additionally, I have a project to share with you on the Pebbles blog today, scheduled to post at 2:00 p.m. MST.

I've been afflicted by spring fever with temperatures reaching near 70 degrees on Sunday, turning to a winter mix of snow, sleet and freezing rain yesterday! What?!?! Schools are closed today because of it. Come back spring...pretty please! :)
