Tis the season for bridal and baby showers, picnics and barbecues! To give your next event a handmade touch, I have an super easy craft project to share with you...butterfly straws created with SEI's May Cardmaking Kit.
Using an array of pretty patterned papers included in May's kit, I die cut a bunch of butterflies. You can use punches, thin metal dies or an electronic cutter.
I attached the butterflies with a tiny dab of craft glue. You could also use small craft dots.
Arrange them in a vintage ball jar or pretty little vase.
Layer a couple die cut tags, top with another butterfly and tie onto jar with a bit of jute for a pretty little centerpiece. It's that easy!
This week on the SEI Lifestyle blog I have another project to share using the May kit. Hope you have a chance to take a look.
Hope today is a good one! :)
