Reverse Confetti Mini-Release

Surprise! Reverse Confetti has a mini-release for you this month! Woot! And I think you're going to love it! Today's release is so cool because with it you can easily create matching envelopes for your cards making them extra special inside and out!

What do you think? Awesome, huh? I combined one of my go-to Confetti Cuts, Circles 'n Scallops with the Round About stamps and Envie Wrap for this birthday greeting and love the way it turned out. Looks like I have more favorites! :)

Reverse Confetti's SFYTT

Woot! It's the first of the month which means it's time for another Reverse Confetti Sketch for You to Try (SFYTT)! It's a cool little sketch that I enjoyed working with and I hope you do to.

For my card I used the Label Me set and framed it with the Circles 'n Scallops Confetti Cuts. I love these sets because they can be used over and over and they are so versatile. And the font....pure RC!

Birthday Wishes

Did you have a chance to participate in Reverse Confetti's blog hop on Sunday? I enjoyed reading everyone's comments who stopped by and I always enjoy creating Reverse Confetti projects for you like this Happy Birthday card.

For this colorful layered design I used the Label Me stamp set and Confetti Cuts along with Bella Blvd's Birthday Girl collection.

So what little crafty projects have you been up to lately? I'd love to know!

SEI January Cardmaking Kit

Anytime is birthday time! There's always a birthday celebration going on and SEI's January Cardmaking Kit has everything you need for cards, gifts and party decor projects! I love this kit with all its colorful and festive patterned papers so I created a card design that uses all of them!

I just cut thin strips of the patterned papers included in the kit and added notches at both ends to make them double ended banners. Cut them at different lengths for variety and attach to your card base with foam adhesive for dimension. Now top with an accent...I used the Birthday Wishes sentiment.

While a birthday card is awesome to receive, a little extra something to go with it makes it more fun, don't you think?

I decorated a little die cut box with accents from the January kit. It's so easy since everything coordinates perfectly! I picked the 'Happy Birthday' sentiment since it's also a double ended banner to match the card. Fill your little box with candies, a small gift like earrings or use a bit bigger box for a gift card. The possibilities are endless! Hope you enjoy this month's kit.

For more birthday inspiration I have another project posted on the SEI blog today.

Here's a peek for you...hope you have a few moments to go have a look.

Have a great day! :)
