This week we bring you new additions to the Celebra'tions collection! By the way, Richard cannot wait for you to see this line in full at CHA!
For my card, I used the new Special Day stamp set that includes a sentiment, balloons and garlands...perfect for mixing and matching with the current Celebra'tions stamps, dies and supplies!
I used one of the garland stamps as a swag and stamped the sentiment directly onto my balloon.
A splattering of Silver Shimmer, a few card stock streamers and a Linen Thread balloon string give my card a festive finish.
