Hey Ya'll!
Can you tell I'm blogging friom the south? ;)
I have a scrapbook page share for you this morning. A couple weeks ago I went to the Liberty Antique Festival in North Carolina and created this block design scrapbook page with a bunch of photos from the day.
'Twas a great day to junk hunt and there was plenty to see! I went with my dearest friend Audrey...she's in the group of photos.
Most of the die cuts and sticker accents are from the Emma's Shoppe

line from Crate Paper. I threw in a Cosmo Cricket patterned paper and I believe the text background is from My Mind's Eye.
I inked the edges of everything to give the page a vintage feel. I also added some hand stitching and some super cool Jillibean Soup

corrugated alphas....love those letters!

Before I run, I have to share some exciting news! Speaking of Audrey, she just called to inform me that she's going to be a new mama soon and that makes me a new Auntie! But it's not the kind of baby you might be thinking about. She's going to be mama to this sweet little boy! He's a hedgehog.

Is he adorable or what?!?! Oh my what a sweet little guy! I can't wait to hold this little fellow! And guess what else? I get to baby sit him for three weeks! Yep! Audrey and her kids will be visiting family in California soon after they adopt their little dude, but they know he'll be living it up here like it's the Four Seasons Hotel! I'll have to blog about his visit so Audrey and her kids can see what their baby is doing each day and so you can see him too! :)
Okay, enought critter talk...for now! ;) Hope your day is swell! :) Kathy
