Giraffe

T.G.I.F! It's been a little while since I created something with the ultra adorable Tiny Tots collection from Bella Blvd. so I picked one of my favorite critters in the line to make a card with.

I love this giraffe...he's just the cutest! He made his debut when the Baby Boy collection came out a couple years ago and I used every single image and chip accent of him! I was thrilled to see his return as part of the Tiny Tots line. I have a bit of a thing for giraffes. Have you ever seen the documentary Tall Blondes? Very interesting animals. I have a couple bronze giraffes that sit in our foyer and greet us each time we walk in the door. Here's to the giraffes! :)

Bella Blvd. & Kiwi Lane Design

Have you enjoyed the team-up this week between Bella Blvd. and Kiwi Lane Design? I'm always in awe of what my teammates create! They inspire me everyday. Today I have two more card designs to share with you.

Christmas and stars go together like peanut butter and jelly, peas and carrots and Bella Blvd. and Kiwi Lane! Combining the Christmas Cheer collection along with Kiwi Lane’s Tiny Accessory star I created this colorful layered Christmas greeting.

Oh how I adore the Tiny Tots collection with all its colorful prints, cute animals and this chubby little bee! For this card I used one Kiwi Lane’s Tiny Accessory Accents to cut around this bee to use as my focal point. I love the way these templates are clear and make it easy to do that!

What's New Wednesday

Wow, we've made it to Wednesday already and I have a couple Bella Blvd. cards to share with you for this week's What's New Wednesday post.

Oh my my, the Hello Autumn collection is awesome with its rich fall color pallet and beautiful leafy prints! I got just a little carried away with this card adding this and adding that. I love mixing lots of elements and colors and to do this without the card looking too busy I make sure the colors contrast instead of blend. It makes each piece of the card stand out. The hearts for example look like three different pieces. If I hadn't used contrasting colors they might seem like a single layer or piece.

Creating with Bella Blvd’s Tiny Tots collection makes me so happy! Seriously adorable animals, alphabet soup, and bright eye catching colors make this line so fun to play with! And I had a lot of fun creating this card for you! How can one not smile looking at this happy frog and cuddly lion? Although I no longer have a tot in the house, but I can always use a collection like this to make kid cards for nieces, nephews, etc!

Love You a Ton

Did you know that Stephanie Smokovich, owner of Bella Blvd. is having a little boy next month? She is and all of the design team members are anxiously awaiting his arrival! I've been passing the time crocheting a blanket for their little one and created this Tiny Tots card to go with it.

The animals in this line are just cuter than cute! I especially love the little elephant, don't you?

Stephanie and Steven have been putting together a darling nursery using many of the colors and critters from the Tiny Tots line. One of those colors is navy in which I used for his blanket.

I crocheted a diamond patterned design for the blanket which will be perfect for the summer months...and for winter it can be doubled up to make baby extra snug.

I added some pretty ribbon and shipped it early this week!

Congratulations Stephanie and Steven! Hope you enjoy all the special moments with your new little one!

They're Going Back!

It's time for the kiddos to return to school which means buying new school clothes and supplies. And at Bella Blvd. we're celebrating all week with back-to-school projects. For my project I used the adorable new Tiny Tots collections because the Alphabet Soup paper and apple images were just too perfect! This decorated lunch box tin can be used to store school supplies for the returning student or for a teacher's gift.

My little box contains some decorated mini composition books. You could also add some handmade bookmarks, decorative paperclips, etc. For the teacher, I bet a gift certificate from your local learning store would be appreciated!

This project was super fun and simple with a ton of cute sprinkled everywhere! :) To see what my talented teammates created click here to head over to the Bella Blvd. blog.

Enjoy!

What's new Wednesday

What's new this Wednesday? Tiny Tots...one of the most adorable new releases from Bella Blvd! This pup from the Flashcards paper melts my heart so I had to make him the focal point of my card.

Do you celebrate your pet's birthday? This card would be perfect for Fido, don't you think? :) We celebrated Oreo's first birthday last year....remember? :)

Speaking of cats...we also have two gray striped tabbies who bare a strong resemblance to the Tiny Tots kitty I used on this next card.

What do you think of that elephant? I have a thing for elephants and a small collection of them. Love that single curly hair on top this elephants head!

New From Bella Blvd.

Little lady, little man, little tike, call them what you like! They're full of energy, busy bees, and loving to learn day after day. Little personalities are the best, as they learn to recite the abc's and 123's! Celebrate the little kiddos in your life with Tiny Tots from Bella Blvd.

Hello Tiny Tots! I cannot wait to get my hands on this adorable line! Just look at all the irresistible critters in this collection! The elephant is a favorite for sure as well as this Toy Chest paper!

The cool Autumn breeze is a sure sign that it will soon be time to rake the colorful leaves. With Thanksgiving just around the corner it's time to start thinking about the delicious turkey and family traditions. Cozy up with thankful hearts to Hello Autumn from Bella Blvd for all your Autumn memories this Fall.

There's so much to love about fall and this line will be awesome to play with! One of my favorites in the collection are the paper pieces. I can never get enough of them, mixing and matching and layering until my heart's content!
