Season's Greetings

Today is another Saturday Creations post for the Precious Remembrance Shop! For today's project, I used the Calendar Stamp Set. I love this set because of its versatility. A few weeks ago I created a scrapbook page using the calendar image as a fun way to add the date to my page.  It's also perfect for special occasion cards such as birthdays, anniversaries and save-the-date. Wouldn't your mom or BFF love receiving a birthday card with the date on it?

How about holidays?!?! From Valentine's Day to Christmas and everything in between this image is the perfect accent!

I also used the 'celebrate' stamp from the Birthday Stamp Set to show how well the two sets work together.

When I came across this sticker from Echo Park's Season's Greetings collection I knew it was a match made in heaven! ;) Don't you just love it when find the ideal embellishment for your project?

I hope you enjoyed today's Saturday Creations card. I can't believe that next week will be my last post as a guest designer! Those two months flew by, didn't they?

Just a Note - Precious Remembrance Shop

Happy National Scrapbook Day girls! Will you be spending a little time this weekend making something crafty? I think I'll join in with my scissors and glue! ;)

Today is also my Saturday Creations post for the Precious Remembrance Shop.

I used a phrase from the Calendar Stamp Set for my card. I love that these stamps are hand written!

Isn't this a fabulous stamp? You can get this stamp set for 15% off this weekend in honor of National Scrapbook Day!

Coupon Code: NSD15
Valid Until: May 6, 2012

Did you see the anniversary card I gave to the hubs last month? Well these Silhouette cut out hearts and circle were left overs from that project. You may also recognize the lovely teal and beautiful yellow Designer Tape from Bella Blvd. I've been using these on many projects lately.

Saturday Creations - Precious Remembrance Shop

Thanks for dropping by today! It's Saturday which means I have a Precious Remembrance Shop project to share with you! :)

I've been having a lot of fun with these stamps this month and for today's project, I thought I'd share a scrapbook page instead of my usual cards to show you how versatile these stamps are and that they work equally well on pages!

With the exception of the 'Celebrate' sentiment, the stamps I used for this project are from the Calendar Stamp Set. Not only is this calendar image perfect for save the date cards, but I love that it can be used as a fun way to add the date to my layouts! This stamp set has all the months of the year and numbers that you need to create any date.

I used a combination of the new Doodlebug Design Snips & Snails collection with some of their Petite Print papers. The title was made with the Silhouette.

I added some fun rosettes, created with Tim Holtz's rosette die.

This 'Just a Note.' stamp is awesome for cards and for an accent next to a journaling block.

I embellished my page further with some of stash items. I was thrilled to find a great home for the two American Crafts badges, that chocolate bunny badge is awesome! I also made some little flags with some old Fancy Pants pins which were exactly the colors I needed!

I hope you enjoyed today's share. To view more creative Precious Remembrance Shop projects, visit them on Facebook or their blog.

I hope you have a wonderful weekend!

Precious Remembrance Shop

Have I ever mentioned just how much the paper crafting industry means to me? I'm so grateful that I have this creative outlet and way to document my memories! The people you meet in this business at scrapbooking events, on blogs and CHA are the best! If ever there's a need we find a way to show our support by sending cards or putting together fund raisers. I also love all the manufacturers that continually work hard to create exciting new products that make this hobby so much fun!

Isn't is awesome that there's also opportunity for all of us to dream and create a business from something we enjoy so much? Can you remember when your favorite manufacturer debuted? I remember Echo Park's very first line, Sweet Summertime? I was dazzled by those bright colors and fun patterns! And remember when Kelly Alvarez started her stamp business, Lawn Fawn? Do you remember those first adorable sets she came out with? That sweet dress and sewing machine stamps are a few of the images that come to mind. Look how far these companies have come in such a short time!

Recently I was asked to guest design for a brand new stamp company called Precious Remembrance Shop and I am honored to help spread the word about their fabulous new stamps and I hope they realize much success like Lawn Fawn or Paper Smooches! So, for each Saturday during April and May, I will be creating a card using Precious Remembrance Shop stamps for their 'Saturday Creations' posts that will also appear on my blog!

Here's a little sneak peek of my first card.

And here's the two stamp sets that I'll be working with.

Aren't these stamps adorable? I look forward to showing you lots of ways you can incorporate these great images and sentiments into your paper craft projects!
