Countdown to Confetti - Rocky Raccoon

Hey Fetti Fans! It's the first day of  peeks for the July Reverse Confetti releases and I'd like to introduce you to Rocky Raccoon. Isn't he handsome? And cute with his little note in hand?

I'd thought Rocky would be the perfect little critter to deliver a happy birthday message. I used the new Circles and Scallops Confetti Cuts for the sentiment and last months Winning banner for Rocky's flag.

    I had to smile when I saw this card - it made me happy. Love the pennant with the twine strings.
    rocky is colored so nicely. Great card.
