Radient Neon and CardMaker Blog Hop

Ooh la la these Radiant Neon ink pads are bright and colorful and fun to play with! I thought they would be perfect for a whimsical bicycle and banner card! 




I choose a neutral background of white, gray and black prints from Bella Blvd's new Lucky Starz collection so that these neon inks would pop...and do they ever!

    Omgosh, this is like totally awesome to the max!!! I love how you used different neons for your delightful banner--the black and white stand out beautifully with the neon colors and really make them showstopping fabulous! thank you so much for sharing a creation for this hop, I'm really enjoying it and getting so much inspiration! :)
