Hello!
What's a girl to blog when she's creating secret CHA projects she can't show you? How about I share some of my favorite Pinterest finds? While I craft, I'm always blog hopping, lurking around Two Peas and spending a great deal of time on Pinterest! It's addicting and time consuming and I would probably get my projects done faster, but I love it! And I also use a lot of recipes and ideas I pin so I guess it's worth the time.
This is the cutest Father's Day card I've seen in a long time! This little masterpiece was created by Amber of Damask Love.
I'm in LOVE with these conversation bubbles that Lisa Truesdell created on her Silhouette for Project 365.
I can't resist quilts and I couldn't resist pinning this quilted card by Vicki Burdick. Swoon!
How about using rosemary to accent you home? This lovely idea is from a la parisienne.
I have the perfect old coffee table that desperately needs a makeover and I think this sheet music decoupage idea is perfect. This fantastic table is from Miss Mustard Seed.
Now for something sinful...Cake Mix Waffle Ice Cream Sandwiches from Tip Junkie. I can't vouch for these yet since I haven't made them myself, but I'm hoping to remedy that real soon!
Perhaps one of your New Year's resolutions is to eat healthier? This Banana Oatmeal Smoothie looks delicious, don't you think? I'd add just a touch of chocolate to this! A little chocolate never hurt anyone and has antioxidants! ;)
If you love banana recipes like I do, maybe you would be interested in trying this cocktail...a Banana Daiquiri! It's the drink of the week at Drink of the Week! All you need is white rum, sugar, ice, half a banana and juice of half a lime. Hmmm....I have all those things! Too bad it's only 10:00! Well, they say it's 5:00 p.m. somewhere! Gotta go! ;)
Have a happy day!
Kathy :)
That quilted card blew me away! Thanks for sharing all these fun links!
ReplyDeleteThis is actually a fun post! I enjoyed hecking out some of the links and even repinned some of them :) I might lift the Father's Day card idea... love the rosemary too! :) Have a great week Kathy!
ReplyDeleteNeeds to actually make what I pin. lol. Loving all the new projects you have posted.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful things! And yummy, too! Even from a non-banana lover, those recipes look and sound fabulous. You and I might have to try out those cocktails sometime! :)
ReplyDeleteCannot wait to see your CHA projects. Will just have to wait a bit longer.
What a FUN post, Kathy! Love your picks and highlights. One thing I do have is Rosemary all year round in my house! Hope to see your CHA project soon (I can keep a secret---not!!).
