Anyone celebrating a birthday today? Or know someone who's birthday is this week? Since there's no shortage of birthday's going on at any given time, I like to create lots of birthday cards.

This card was created with Bella Blvd's Birthday Boy collection. With all the festive Ciao Chip accents, Button Market styles and a fun little Flags, it's easy to create a party of a card!

Hugs and an Oreo Update

Hello!

How about a hug? And an adorable smiley face sun? Add some colorfully printed clouds to the mix and you have a cheerful little card.

Can you tell what collection I used to create this card? It's an older one and a favorite of mine. It's Bella Blvd's Sunshine and Happiness line. Perfect name don't you think?

Oreo came back yesterday from being neutered and as many of you predicted, he acted as if nothing happened! In fact, he was running around like a crazy beast last night!

Just look at this adorable little face! Isn't he precious? I love his pink nose! :)

Some Love and an Oreo

Hello!

I have a card share for you today that was not created with one of the fabulous new Valentine collections available, but with Pebbles' Seen & Noted goodies instead. Thought I'd show you how to take any line of papers and accents and create a message of love.

I like to mix it up sometimes and go with non-traditional Valentine colors, how about you?

I realized the other day that I haven't mentioned Oreo lately.

This little rascal is growing up! And he's been teething! The other day he found a roll of paper towels in my office that he had to destroy. This guy is a terrorist disguised as an adorable kitten! If it weren't the paper towels, it would have been his two older brothers!

Well, he's going to the vet today to be neutered and I'm a nervous mama! I know this surgery is done millions of times without complications, but I just don't like it! I'll be happy when he's back here at home running amok!

Did you have a good weekend? Our weekend started out with an ice and snow storm so it was the perfect opportunity to play indoors. I love a warm kitchen, fresh baked cookies and a pot of soup on the stove on days like these!

I have a Doodlebug Lovebirds card to share with you before I run out the door to drive Christopher to camp and then run some errands. Have you seen this clever idea to create a message of love within the alphabet? I've seen it a number of times so I'm not sure who's brilliant idea it is, but I thought the new Love Letters Alpha Stickers by Doodlebug would be perfect for it!

I've been in the mood to work with bright colors and fun patterns lately and this card was created with the Seen and Noted collection from Pebbles. This line includes these cool pocket and tags that I used to hide a  little message. Do you like that element?

Love Letters

Hello everyone! How was your weekend? Are you ready to start the week off with a happy crafty share?

Last Friday I spent a few hours playing in the craft room and this is one of the cards I created with the new Doodlebug Lovebirds collection.

Included in this adorable new line are these Mini Love Notes and I thought they would look cute hung on a line with little wood clothespins. What do you think? I also used some of Doodlebugs colorful new washi tape and an oldie but goody, a birdies boutique brad.

Well, Christopher is home today for Martin Luther King day. He's here in the office with me. It'll be nice to have him nearby while I work. He's got big plans for building a new train route on the computer. Hope you have a great first day of the week!

Just a Note

Hi!

It's a sunny beautiful Saturday morning here in North Carolina as I write this post. And I have an equally sunny happy card to share with you today. 

I had some time to play in the craft room yesterday afternoon and pulled out some Pebbles goodies to create this "Just a Note" card. I love the bright colors and the spring feel that the flowers, butterfly and bees add.
